What is the Enneagram and MBTI?

The Enneagram and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) are two different personality tests. Although neither tests are perfect, it provides a comprehensive enough way to get to know our personalities. The coaches thrive not only by providing a great service through programming and technical feedback, but also through personal connection and understanding the athlete as a person as well, not just someone who lifts weights.
